Trousers pattern.Straight, relaxed-fit, full-length women’s trousers. The front pieces feature scoop pockets with side yokes. The back pieces are designed with attached yokes and curved patch pockets. Two-piece waistband is 4 cm wide and has 5 belt loops. The upper edge of the waistband is 3 cm below the waistline. The crotch is lowered by 1.0 cm. The trousers fasten with a zipper, installed into the seam of the front pieces’ connection, a button and a buttonhole on the waistband.

Eases added to a pattern, cm: Waist-line – 7,0 cm. Hips-line – 1,0 cm.

Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric. For this garment we recommend using fabrics with twill weave, denim fabric with medium thickness and density, with no stretch, made out of natural, synthetic or blended fibre.

Lining material. For the pocket lining we recommend using pocket lining fabric (pocketing fabric). You can also use cotton blend satin for the pocket lining.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 39 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Attention! We give an exact fabric consumption for a tight layout scheme of the details, without the extra seam allowances for the fitting and rough cutting. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

Accessories:

1.      Jean zipper #3, 12-16 cm long - 1 piece.
2.      Metal jean button 17 mm - 1 piece.
3.      Rivets with diameter 5-7 mm - 4-6 pcs.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

1.        Multipurpose sewing machine;
2.       3 thread overlock machine;
3.       An iron with or without steam;
4.       Regular presser foot;
5.       Wooden iron;
6.       Ironing desk or console table;
7.       Hand needle for basting;
8.       Machine needles №90-100 for JEANS;
9.       Paper scissors;
10.    Scissors for textile cutting.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

These jeans are excellent, I only had to make a few adjustments to fit my slightly curvier than standard shape. The instructions were very clear. The notches match perfectly and I really appreciate the seam allowances being 1cm. The pattern was very easy to print in A4 and tape together. My only suggestions would be: 1) I chose my height correctly but found that the jeans fit a bit shorter than what the model is wearing, 2) It would be super helpful if the instructions included a photo of where the bottom stopper should be on the zipper fly. This was my first time making jeans and using a metal jeans zipper, which is far less forgiving in terms of placement due to the metal and the top stitching that is done on the fly. My zipper was about 1.5 cm too long and I had to make a lot of adjustments to the topstitching to avoid removing the zipper altogether.

I will absolutely be making these again, and I look forward to purchasing more patterns in the future. Without a doubt some of the most modern and professional patterns available.

We recommend checking the length of the product before sewing, since the pattern is designed according to the typical parameters of the figure, and the length of legs and arms may differ from one person to another. Therefore, it is necessary to make additional measurements on the patterns before starting to cut the details.
And thanks for the idea of an additional mark, we will think about how we can improve the patterns.
