HOW TO MEASURE YOUSELF AND DETERMINE SIZE CORRECTLY

You need to measure youself and correctly to take off basic measures for this purpose:

 *It is necessary to tie up adjusting belt for the correct removal of measures on the natural line of waist

1. The circumference of bust   – to measure the complete circumference of breast. The ribbon must pass horizontally round a trunk through the salient points of the breast.

2. The circumference of waist   – to measure the complete circumference of waist. The ribbon must pass horizontally round a trunk at the level of line of waist.

3. The circumference of hip –   to measure the complete circumference of hip, taking into account the ledge of the stomach. The ribbon must pass horizontally round a trunk and behind is on the most salient points of buttocks. For more exact measurement of ledge of stomach Use the ruler for more exact measure of the ledge of stomach.

Now compare your measures with the typical ones:

Size charts of different countries are put into comparison approximately. 

To choose the right RU size you have to check body measurements in a table!

Conduct the comparative analysis of own measuring with the standard ones. The difference is allowable between your measures and the typical to 2 sm, thus both in minus and in plus.
