How to download patterns in our online store

The short instruction on the online store of patterns GRASSER:

1. Choose the model which you like, and the size. Determine the size will help you section - How to correctly measure.

Many patterns in our online store are presented in three ranges of growth. When choosing the size, choose the range of growth that suits you! Be careful!

2. After choosing the size in the right size and height - add the product to the basket.

3. You can continue to walk around the store and fill the basket with goods/

4. You will see all your goods in the "Cart" section , and you can adjust the order

5. Next - click the "To Order" button.

6. Next you need to fill in the fields - Name, Email-address, phone, tick the consent with the CONTRACT AGREEMENT and click the "Go to payment" button.

After that you will enter the electronic payment system, where you can choose the payment method which is convenient for you. After verifying the payment, you will receive by e-mail links for downloading pattern files in PDF format. Pattern files are sent only after the system checks the payment. Usually, a notification with links to downloading files comes to the specified e-mail within 5 minutes, but in some cases the notification delivery may take some time.

At the time of placing an order for e-mail, you will receive a letter with registration information and a link to your personal account. When you decide to visit our online pattern shop next time, you will be able to log in, see and download your patterns in the "My Orders" section.

If you did NOT receive a notification letter with links to download draft files after paying for an order:

- Some mail filters can send letters to the Spam folder. If you did not receive a notification with links to your e-mail after you had paid the order, please, check the Spam folder.

- All the purchased drafts can be downloaded in the personal cabinet on the site. Even if you lost the letter with links to purchased products, you can log in to the site, go to your personal account and download pattern files through the option 'Paid orders'.

- If you have any problems with authorization or with orders, contact us by e-mail info@en-grasser.com (indicate the order number or your e-mail in the letter).
