Hoodie and sweatshirt, pattern №862

Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Hoodie and sweatshirt pattern 2-in-1. 

Sweatshirt with a stand collar. It’s a straight silhouette lower-the-waistline sweatshirt. Front has princess seams that start from the shoulder seams and finish at the hemline (princess seams are displaced from the bust points). Front comes with pockets in the princess seams (there is one pocket bagging, looks like a kangaroo pocket). The bust dart is partly transferred into the armhole and partly into the princess seam. Set-in sleeves are one-seamed, long, hem edges are finished with cuffs. Armhole line is lowered for 4 cm from the shoulder point. Hem edge of the garment is finished with a waistband. Cuffs and waistband are made of kashkorse fabric. The stand collar’s fall edge has a drawstring casing with a cord inside so you will be able to adjust the collar’s fitting. There are installed grommets in the collar. Center parts of front and back are padded (diamond-shaped padding).

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use 2 thread or 3 thread fleece sweatshirt fabrics, 2 thread or three thread sweatshirt fabrics without fleece. Use rib knit for cuffs and waistband details, cotton jersey (stockinette) for pocket lining. It can be cotton or cotton combined with other fibers.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
