Knit sweater, pattern №788

Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Sweater pattern. Knit sweater of regular fit, the hem reaches slightly below the waistline. The bust dart is transferred into the armhole. Dropped shoulder. The back is seamless. The hem is finished with wide waistband. V-neck is finished with a high mock-neck wrap collar. 

There are two versions of the sleeve: 

- one tightened at the lower edge 

- or wide voluminous gathered at its upper and lower edges. 

Both versions have an attached wide cuff. 

General increases, laid in the pattern: Bust-line: 16 см, Shoulders: 11 см + model’s widening

Finished back length along the center back from collar line to waistband: 38 size: 33,8 – 36,0, 40 size: 34,0 – 38,6, 42 size: 34,2 – 38,8, 44 size: 34,4 – 39,0, 46 size: 34,6 – 39,2, 48 size: 34,9 – 39,4,  50 size: 35,2 - 39,6, 52 size: 35,5 – 39,8, 54 size: 35,8 - 40,0

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use for this garment easy draping lightweight or midweight knit fabric with stretch factor 0.8 - 0.9. It could be natural, synthetic or blend knit.

Main fabric, wide 140 cm (for sleeve 1): 38 size: 1,1 – 1,15 м, 40,42 size: 1,2 – 1,3 м, 44,46 sizeр: 1,25 – 1,35 м,  48 size: 1,3 - 1,4м, 50 size: 1,35 - 1,45м, 52,54 size: 1,4 - 1,5 м.

Main fabric, wide 140 cm (for sleeve 2): 38 size: 1,4 – 1,45 м, 40,42 size: 1,45 – 1,55 м, 44-48 size: 1,55 – 1,65 м,  50-54 size: 1,65 - 1,75м.

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

• Multipurpose sewing machine;
• 4 thread overlock machine;
• An iron with steam;
• Wooden iron;
• Ironing desk or console table;
• Hand needle for basting;
• Machine needles Stretch №70-80;
• Paper scissors;
• Scissors for textile cutting.
  

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4 sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

A test square for checking the A4 print scale is located on the first sheet of the pattern file.

2. For printing on a large format plotter. Details of size 54 are located on sheet 60*217см.
