Questions

To set up printing of pattern N721 on A4 sheets, use "Test Square No.2"! The test square is located on the first sheet in the pattern file.

Skirt pattern. The trapezoid-silhouette skirt with the small volume. The garment length is below the knee line (up to the middle of the shin). The top edge of the skirt is finished with an elastic tape that is folded towards the wrong side of the garment.

Fabric suggestion: For this model, we recommend to use the wool or the wool blend malleable Jersey knit fabric that should be of the medium thickness and density, medium or low extensibility.

ATTENTION! The fabric consumption is given for cutting in one direction relative to the warp. The Jersey knit fabric with a slight pile effect. Thus, we should put all details in one direction, otherwise there may be the parts with different shade.

If you use another fabric that doesn’t have effect of different shades while changing directions relatively to the wrap when cutting, then calculate the amount of fabric. For this, lay out the patterns to a width of 140 cm and  calculate the amount of fabric.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

  • 4-thread overlock machine;

  • Multipurpose sewing machine with zig-zag stitch;

  • An iron with or without steam;

  • Ironing desk or console table;

  • Wooden iron;

  • Hand needle for basting;

  • Machine needles Stretch № 80;

  • Paper scissors;

  • Scissors for textile cutting.

The pattern in your order is in two print options:

1. For printing on A4. It is necessary to print out a pattern on an ordinary printer on A4 sheets, then glue the sheets, cut out the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a  large-scale plotter. The patterns size 52 are located on sheet measuring 60x134 см.
