Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.


Jacket pattern for men.  Men's demi-season jacket, made of jacket fabric with water-repellent impregnation, with a lining on the insulation (the lining fabric is quilted with insulation "Izosoft 100"). Moderate volume, straight coat, length below the hip line. The front detail with a central zipper on a detachable, single-lock ribbon "zipper", with a one-piece external windproof strap with a clasp on 7 hidden buttons and with an internal windproof strap; with side welt pockets with sewed on ends. The one-piece back, with a horizontal yoke. Jacket has set-in long two-piece shirt sleeves with front and elbow seams. The sleeve strap is stitched in the front seam with one end, the other is fixed to the sleeve with neck of threads. Turn-down collar with a cut-off stand. The garment with a lowered shoulder by 2.5 cm relative to the shoulder point. The lining is stitched at the garment’s bottom. There is an internal welt pocket in a frame with two facings with a zipper on the left side.

Eases added to a pattern: 

*Constructive ease (Ec)*: Chest-line: 20 см, Waist: 31 см, Hips-line: 16.5 см, Shoulders: 11,5 см 

*Ease of package (Ep)*: Chest-line: 4,0 см; Waist-line: 4,0 см; Shoulders:  4,0 см. 

*Ease of freedom (Ef): (Pay attention to this increase in order to estimate the garment volume!): Chest-line: 16 см; Waist-line: 27 см; Hips-line: 12,5 см; Shoulders:  7,5 см.  


*Constructive ease (Ec) – an integral part of a constructive segment that increases or decreases the size attribute, takes into account the thickness of the garment package, the freedom between the body and clothing, fashion direction, silhouette, physiological, hygienic and dynamic requirements, and is always included in the size parameters of the finished garment.

*Ease of package (Ep) – this value takes into account the thickness of all layers of clothes material worn on a person, which consists of ease for inner package, taking into account the underlying layers at designing clothes, and an ease of the outer package (package for designing garment).

*Ease of freedom (Ef) – ease that is necessary to ensure a person's freedom of breathing and movement, creating an air layer that regulates heat exchange and skin respiration under clothing.

*Ec = Ep + Ef

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use natural, synthetic and mixed jacket fabrics of medium thickness and density for this model, fabrics can have different impregnation, waterproof coating, for example, cotton with water-repellent impregnation; synthetic insulation of the new generation with a protective layer on both sides, for example, ISOSOFT 34 100 g / m2;

Main fabric, wide 140 cm: 44-48 size: 1,95-2,05м, 50-56 size: 2,15-2,25м,  58-62 size: 2,30-2,40м.

Lining fabric, wide 140 cm: 44-48 size: 1,50-1,60м, 50-56 size: 1,60-1,70м, 58-62 size: 1,70-1,80м.

Insulation: 44-46 size: 2,00-2,15м, 48 size: 2,00-2,15м, 50-52 size: 2,40-2,55м, 54,56 size: 2,40-2,55м, 58-62 size: 2,50-2,65м.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

  • Multipurpose sewing machine;

  • An iron with steam - for wet-heat treatment of the lining;

  • Two-legged machine foot, walking or Teflon machine foot (depending on the raincoat fabric type), one-legged machine foot;

  • Ironing desk or console table - for wet-heat treatment of the lining;

  • Hand needle for basting;

  • Machine needles Microtex №80;

  • Paper scissors;

  • Scissors for textile cutting;

  • Eyelet press for installing press studs, depending on the diameter.


The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4 sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

A test square for checking the A4 print scale is located on the first sheet of the pattern file.


2. For printing on a large format plotter. Details of top for size 62 are located on  sheet 60x336 см.  Details of lining for size 62 are located on sheet  60x212 см.
