Men's trousers, pattern №829

Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Men's trousers pattern.  Men’s regular fit trousers are slightly tightened from the knee and have ankle length. The front parts have side inset pockets with curved opening, a coin pocket is placed on the right side part. The back parts of trousers have a yoke and tailored patch pockets. The trousers have an attached waistband and 5 belt loops. The zip closure is placed in the seam of the connection of the front parts with a buttonhole and a button on the waistband. Rivets are installed in the upper corners of the pockets. The waistline is regular. The crotch is lowered by 1.0 cm.

Eases added to a pattern:  Waist-line: 2,5 см, Hips-line: 2.6 см

Finished length along the side seam, см: 44 size: 86,6-100,2, 46 size: 86,8-100,4, 48 size: 87,0-100,6, 50 size: 87,2-100,8, 52 size: 87,4-101,0, 54 size: 87,6-101,2,  56 size: 87,8-101,4,  58 size: 88,0-101,6, 60 size: 88,2-101,8, 62 size: 88,4-102,0.

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use for this garment fabric suitable for jeans trousers of medium weight and thickness with no stretch or with little stretch, such as: denim, jean, crinkle twill, raw “ecru” denim. It may be cotton fabric as well as fabrics made out of synthetic or artificial fiber or blends.

Main fabric, wide 140 cm: 44 size: 1,35-1,45м, 46,48 size: 1,40-1,50м, 50 size: 1,55-1,65м, 52 size: 1,55-1,75м, 54 size: 1,65-1,90м, 56 size: 1,70-1,90м, 58-62 size: 1,80-1,95м.

Lining fabric, wide 140 cm (for pocket): 44-62 size: 0,40м  

ATTENTION! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once. Fabric may shrink so we recommend to make a test to find out fabric’s shrinkage ratio, result must be added to the fabric consumption.

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

• Multipurpose sewing machine;

• 3 thread overlock machine;

• An iron with or without steam;

• Regular presser foot; Hinged cording foot;

• Wooden iron;

• Ironing desk or console table;

• Hand needle for basting;

• Machine needles – «Jeans» 130/705H-J № 90;

• Topstitch machine needles – Universal №100/16-110/18.

• Paper scissors;

• Scissors for textile cutting;

• Snaps pressing machine to install accessories and polyteny dies and the metal buttons dies depending on diameter.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!
