Pinafore dress, pattern №457

To set up printing of pattern N457 on A4 sheets, use "Test Square No.2"! The test square is located on the first sheet in the pattern file.

Pinafore dress pattern. Open back sundress with shoulder straps and sewn waistband. The front is decorated with folds of pintucks. The skirt, made out of a straight piece of fabric, is attached to the stitched-on belt and features folds at the waistline. The angle of darts legs and distance between folds is not the same and is getting wider from center to side seams. Side seam skirt pockets. The dress fastens with buttons and loops located on the belt.

General increases, laid in the pattern: Waist-line: 6,5 сm.

Finished garment length, along the center back seam, from waistline to hemline, сm.: 38 size: 68,9 – 69,8, 40 size: 69,0 – 71,7, 42 size: 69,1 – 71,8,  44 size: 69,2 – 71,9, 46 size: 69,3 – 72,0, 48 size: 69,4 – 72,1,  50 size: 69,5 – 72,2, 52 size: 69,6 – 72,3

Fabric suggestion: For this particular garment we recommend to use nonstretch delaine or shirting fabrics. Our dress is made out of cotton delain fabric.

Fabric consumption: Main fabric, 140 cm wide:  38 size: 2,2 – 2,3 м., 40 size: 2,2 – 2,4 м., 42,44 size: 2,3 – 2,5 м., 46,48 size: 2,35 – 2,55 м., 50,52 size: 2,4– 2,6 м.

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

Please note that in order to save printing, in this pattern the bodice details + pocket and skirt details are divided into different files.

The details of the skirt are rectangles, and they can be drawn on the fabric when cutting. If you have little experience in tailoring, we recommend that you print the details of the skirt.

The pattern in your order is in two print options:

1. For printing on A4. It is necessary to print out a pattern on an ordinary printer on A4 sheets, then glue the sheets, cut out the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a  large-scale plotter. The patterns size 52 are located on a sheet measuring 60*89 см
