Trench coat, pattern №742

Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Trench coat pattern. It’s a regular fit A-line below-the-knee trench coat with lining. Front has one-piece side panels; trench coat is single breasted with combined central closure that consists of 1 installed snap button and hidden button panel with 8 sewn buttonholes and 8 buttons. Front has two patch pockets with one-piece flaps. Each storm flap has 1 snap button and decorative flaps. Back has sewn on yoke with deep inverted pleat box along the central line that is stitched down in the area of waistline. Back has storm flap with decorative snap button at its hemline, there are vents with overlap extensions in the princess seams of back, each vent has 5 installed snap buttons. There is a decorative snap button at shoulder seam of each storm flap. Trench coat has set-in long two-seamed sleeves, each sleeve has inverted box pleat that starts from the sleeve’s cap and finishes at sleeve’s hemline, and pleat is stitched down lower the elbow area. Each sleeve has detachable sleeve strap with loops. Armhole line matches shoulder point but storm flap’s shoulder seams are 1, 5 cm longer. Trench coat has turn-down collar with attached neckband with 1 snap button. Detachable waistband has a buckle, belt loops are stitched to the princess seams at the level of the waistline.

General increases, laid in the pattern: Bust-line: 18 см; Hips-line: 10 см, Shoulders: 8.5 см.

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use for such trench coat model natural rain wear fabrics, synthetic and blended fabrics, also there may be different types of water-proofing fabrics to choose from. Use viscose or silk as lining.

Main fabric, wide 140 cm: 38,40 size: 4,05-4,20м, 42,44 size: 4,10-4,25м, 46-52 size: 4,15-4,30м.

Lining fabric, wide 140 cm: 38,40,42 size: 1,95-2,15 м, 44-52 size: 2,00-2,20 м.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4 sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter. Details of top for size 52 are located on 2 sheets 290x60 см. Details of lining for size 52 are located on sheet 279x60 см.
