Turtleneck sweater, pattern №893

Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Turtleneck sweater pattern. Straight, fitted turtleneck pullover with a hip length. The front and the back feature an attached yoke. On the front piece, the bust dart is transferred into the side seam upper part. We recommend easing the side edges for the sizes 38-46 and sewing a bust dart for the sizes 48-56. The lower edges of the front and of the back are finished with the 7.0 cm wide waistbands, the length of the waistbands is less than the length of the front and back lower edges to prevent the hem stretching. The sleeve is set-in, with one seam, wrist-length. The lower edge of the sleeve is finished with an attached cuff. The width of the cuff is 20 cm, a split is featured in the cuff seam. The neckline is round, finished with a high standing collar. A zipper is installed in the centre seam of the yoke and in the collar seam.

Eases added to a pattern, cm:  Bust-line: 4 cm, Waist-line: height 152-158: 20 cm; height 158-164: 21 cm; height 164-170, 170-176, 176-182: 22 cm; Hips-line: 2 cm; Shoulders: 1 cm.

Finished length along the center back, см: 38 size: 53,9-58,2; 40 size: 53,9-62,3; 42-44 size: 54,0-62,4,  46-48 size: 54,1-62,5, 50-52 size: 54,2-62,6, 54-56 size: 54,3-62,7.

Fabric suggestion: we recommend for this garment knit fabrics of various density and elasticity: knitted fabrics, ponte knit, 2-tread terry fabric. The composition of the fibre may be natural (wool, cotton, silk), artificial (viscose, modal), synthetic or blended. Please, pay attention, the garment has a slim fit. Using knit fabrics with sufficient elasticity is highly recommended.

Amount of main fabric, wide 140 cm: 38 size: 0,60-0,65 м; 40 size: 0,70-0,75 м; 42 size: 0,90-1,05 м; 44-52 size: 0,95-1,10 м; 54-56 size: 0,95-1,15 м.

Amount of finishing fabric, wide 140 cm: 38 size: 0,50 м; 40-46 size: 0,55 м; 48-56 size: 0,60 м.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
