Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Women’s hood pattern. Medium-fitted, underlined funnel hood with attached placket; with cut-off centre piece; a drawstring casing is hidden in the front part (behind the placket) smoothly adjusting the hood fitting with a cord. The cord is pulled outside through eyelets. The neck warmer and the hood are made with the zip in the centre.
In the sewing instructions, the processing of the stitching of attached placket presented in two versions:
Version 1: with separate facing - 2 pieces (outer placket and inner placket).
Version 2: with fold - 1 piece (placket). It is recommended for quilted fabrics.

Measuring sector: Hood face opening length = 36,3cm; Hood Lengthwise bend length = 49,7cm; Front length (neck warmer) = 13cm; Back length (neck warmer) = 15cm; Shoulder length = 7cm

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use for this garment lightweight water-resistant, waterproof and membrane fabrics; New-generation synthetic insulation with double-side coating such as ISOSOFT 34 weight 100 gsm.

Material consumption:

Main fabric, wide 140 cm: 0,85 m

Insulation material, wide 140 cm: 0,95 m

Non-fusible facing straightener of 50 g/m2, the width is 90 cm (placket (option 1)): 0,85 m

Cord, round, diametr 6 mm: 1,50 m

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

Multipurpose sewing machine;
Two-legged machine foot, walking or Teflon machine foot (depending on the raincoat fabric type), one-legged machine foot;
Hand needle for basting;
Machine needles Microtex №80;
Paper scissors;
Scissors for textile cutting;
Eyelet press for installing eyelets and press studs.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

A test square for checking the A4/Letter print scale is located on the first sheet of the pattern file.

2. For printing on a large format plotter. Details are located on sheet 60*122см.
