Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.


Raincoat pattern.  It is a loose straight silhouette lower-the-knee raincoat without lining. Front has central fastening with snap buttons. There are set-in pockets with zippers on front details, topside pocket is vertical, downside one is horizontal. Back has horizontal yoke and central seam, there are slits in side seams. Shirt type sleeve with stitched cuff, sleeve strap and snap buttons to adjust size of the cuff, there are two bi-swing pleats at the seam that attaches cuff to a sleeve. The hood is stitched into the neckline together with the collar band. Hood is of average volume, it has cutoff central part, front edge of the hood has a hood facing detail with cord to adjust hood’s size. There are two installed grommets at each side of the hood to fix the cord and stoppers with two holes. 

Eases added to a pattern: Bust-line: 38,5 см, Waist-line: 51 см, Hips-line: 25,5 см, Shoulders: 25 см

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use three-layer rain wear fabrics with membrane. Use thin rain wear or coat fabrics for additional lining details.

Main fabric, wide 140 cm: 38,40 size: 3,05-3,20 м, 42-46 size: 3,10-3,25м, 48-56 size: 3,20-3,35 м.

Lining fabric, wide 140 cm: 38-56 size: 0,35 м

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

  • Multipurpose sewing machine;

  • Non steam iron (additionally you may use a special iron to fuse seams);

  • Regular presser foot;

  • Wooden iron;

  • Ironing desk or console table;

  • Hand needle for basting;

  • Machine needles Microtex №80;

  • Paper scissors;

  • Scissors for textile cutting;

  • Eyelet press for installing eyelets and press studs, depending on the diameter


The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4 sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

A test square for checking the A4 print scale is located on the first sheet of the pattern file.


2. For printing on a large format plotter.
