Trousers pattern. Tapered-fit ankle-length men’s trousers. The front features angled pockets with side yokes. A patch pocket with side folds is attached between the hip line and the knee. The waistband is straight and attached to the garment. It is divided into 3 sections with topstitched parallel lines. The waistband is elasticised with internal drawcord for better fitting around the waist. The hem is finished with an attached cuff 6.0 cm wide. The waist is lowered by 6.0 cm. The crotch is lowered by 5.0 cm.

Eases added to a pattern, cm:

Waist-line – 21,0 cm (for all height in the sizes 42-50);

– 22,0 cm (for all height in the sizes 52-62).

Hips-line – 10,5 cm (for all height in the sizes 42-50);

– 11,5 cm (for all height in the sizes 52-62).

Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric. For this garment we recommend using midweight and heavy-weight knitted fabrics with a little stretch. For example, 2-thread or 3-thread sweatshirting knit or 2-thread or 3-thread terry knit. It may be made of natural fibre (wool, cotton or silk), artificial (viscose or modal), synthetic or blended fibre.

Lining material. For the upper pocket lining we recommend using single jersey or other knitted fabrics with density and plasticity suitable for the shell fabric, made out of natural, synthetic or blended fibre.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 18 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

1.      Multipurpose sewing machine;
2.      4 thread overlock machine;
3.      An iron with or without steam;
4.      Regular presser foot;
5.      Wooden iron;
6.      Ironing desk or console table;
7. Hand needle for basting;
8.      Machine needles Stretch or Super Stretch №70-80;
9.      Paper scissors;
10.    Scissors for textile cutting.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
