DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL

A loose fitting blouse with a straight silhouette, length below the hip line, with a shaped hemline. The length of the front is shorter than the length of the back. The shoulder line is lowered by 11.5 13.5 cm (depending on the garment size). The closure is centre front, non opening, with attached plackets for 3 buttonholes and 3 buttons. The closure level is above the bust line. The sleeve is set in, single seam, shirt type, with a length below the wrist line. The upper part of the sleeve cap has heavy gathering. To adjust the volume at the lower part of the sleeve, a sleeve casing is topstitched, adjusted with a fabric drawstring. The casing is located 10 cm above the hem. The drawstring is brought to the right side of the sleeve through openings made along the lower seam of the sleeve. The round neckline is finished with a collar band, fastened with 1 buttonhole and 1 button.

MATERIALS FOR SEWING

Main fabric. For this model, we recommend using blouse and dress fabrics with no stretch or slight stretch, thin or medium weight, made of natural, synthetic or blended fibres. Pliable, well draping fabrics that form soft folds are suitable. In terms of composition, these can be cotton, viscose, as well as fabrics made of artificial or blended fibres.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 33-39 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.
