Jacket, pattern №965

Jacket pattern. It’s a slim-fit high waistline lower the hips jacket with lining. It’s fitment starts 6-10 cm higher the waistline, depends on size and height. There are no side seams, jacket features side parts. Front part comes with two waist darts and with a flap pocket. First dart starts at the neckline and it’s under a lapel. Second dart consists of breast dart and waist dart, it’s located at the pocket opening. Back has a center seam, there is a vent in the center back seam. Jacket features a displaced front closure with a button and a buttonhole. Set-in long two-pieced slightly A-lined sleeve has an opened vent in its front seam. English collar features a collar stand.

Bust-line – 7,6 cm (for all sizes in the height 152-158);

                – 8,0 cm (for all sizes in the height 158-164);

                – 8,4 cm (for all sizes in the height 164-170);

                 – 8,8 cm (for all sizes in the height 170-176);

                 – 9,0 cm (for all sizes in the height 176-182).

Waist-line – 21,2 cm (for all sizes in the height 152-158);

                 – 22,0 cm (for all sizes in the height 158-164);

                 – 22,8 cm (for all sizes in the height 164-170);

                  – 23,6 cm (for all sizes in the height 170-176);

                  – 24,4 cm (for all sizes in the height 176-182).

Hips-line – 11,6 см cm (for all sizes in the height 38- 50);

                – 13,6 см cm (for all sizes in the height 52- 56).

Shoulders – 8,0 cm.

Fabric suggestion: 

Main fabric. We recommend to use for this model suit fabrics, that are being easily shaped bywet-heat pressing. Fabric can be from natural, synthetic or blended fibers.

Lining fabric. As lining you can use fabrics, that feature same properties as main fabric does (pliability and density). Fabric can be from natural, synthetic or blended fibers.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material and fusible facing straightener. For example, you may use 55 g/m2 and 39 d/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing.

For better sewing quality, we recommend strengthening some details with a feasible facing straightener of 64 g/m2 and with the width of 90 cm.

The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Lining fabric, wide 140 cm: size 38: 1,20-1,30, size 40: 1,30-1,45, size 42: 1,35-1,50, sizes 44-46: 1,40-1,55, size 48: 1,40-1,60, size 50: 1,45-1,60, size 52: 1,50-1,60, sizes 54-56: 1,50-1,65.

Interfacing (density 55 g/m2; width 150 cm): sizes 38-48: 0,95, sizes 50-56: 1,00.

Interfacing (density 39 g/m2; width 150 cm): size 38: 0,90, sizes 40-48: 0,95, sizes 50-56: 1,00.

Fusible facing straightener with the density of 64 gr/m2 and the width of 90 cm: sizes 38-56: 0,30.

Bias fusible tape with reinforcement stitches: size 38: 2,15, size 40: 2,20, size 42: 2,25, size 44: 2,30, size 46: 2,35, size 48: 2,40, size 50: 2,45, size 52: 2,50, size 54: 2,55, size 56: 2,60.

Fusible on grain tape: size 38: 3,15-3,30, size 40: 3,20-3,45, size 42: 3,20-3,50, size 44: 3,25-3,50, size 46: 3,25-3,55, size 48: 3,30-3,55, size 50-52: 3,35-3,60, size 54-56: 3,40-3,65. 

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!
