Knitted jacket, pattern №728

Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.

Knitted jacket pattern. The knitted jacket, straight silhouette, length to the hip line. The front detail with a central zipper on a detachable, single-lock ribbon “zipper”. The breast tuck on the front is modeled in the armhole. The jacket has set-in long onepiece sleeves with cuffs. Stand-up collar. The bottom of the garment is with a waistband. The armhole line is lowered relative to the shoulder point by 1.5 cm.

Eases added to a pattern, cm:  Bust-line: 5 cm; Hips-line: 3 cm (a stitched waistband with a negative ease will provide close fitment to hips); Shoulders: 4 cm.

Finished length along the center back, см: 38 size: 50,8-57,5, 40 size: 51,0-57,7, 42 size: 51,2-57,9, 44 size: 51,4-58,1, 46 size: 51,6-58,3, 48 size: 51,8-58,5,  50 size: 52,0-58,7, 52 size: 52,2-58,9

Fabric suggestion: We recommend to use soft, pliable woven or half-woolen knit fabrics which have medium thickness and 200- 300 g/m2 density, 0,8 – 0,9 stretching ratio. We recommend to use pliable woven or half-woolen knit fabrics “elastic band” which have medium thickness, 200-300 g/ m2, density, 0.8 – 0.9 stretching ratio for the belt, collar and cuffs.

Amount of main fabric, wide 140 cm:  38, 40 size: 0,75- 0,90 м,  42 size: 0,85-1,00 м, 44 size: 0,90-1,05 м,  46 size: 1,00-1,15 м, 48 size: 1,05-1,20 м, 50 size: 1,15-1,30 м, 52 size: 1,15-1,30 м.

Knit fabric “elastic band”, wide 140 cm: 38-52 size: 0,55 м

Pattern is given with seam allowances.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

• 4 thread overlock machine;
  
• Multipurpose sewing machine;
• One-legged machine foot;
• An iron with or without steam;
• Ironing desk or console table;
• Wooden iron;
• Hand needle for basting;
• Machine needles Super Stretch № 70;
• Paper scissors;
• Scissors for textile cutting;

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
