Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric #1. We recommend using knitted fabrics as the main fabric #1 (for the details of the upside part of the dress), fabrics with a extensibility coefficient of 0.80–0.85, medium density and dense, pliable and elastic. According to the composition, these can be natural (wool, cotton, silk), artificial (viscose), synthetic or mixed fibers. For example, a dress-suit jersey.

Main fabric #2. We recommend using as the main fabric #2 (for the details of the downside part of the dress) thin or medium-density fabric, light, draping shirt, dress-blouse fabrics without stretching or with a slight stretch, made of natural, synthetic or mixed fibers. According to the composition, these can be fabrics made of natural, synthetic or mixed fibers. A variety of fabrics, silks, cotton, linen fabrics with a variety of textures and densities are suitable for this model.

Please, note, the garment is fitted and it was designed with a negative ease. Use fabrics with sufficient stretch.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 18 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Amount of Fabrics (in metres):

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.
