Use the Test Square to adjust the print scale! A test square for checking the A4 scale is located on the first sheet of the A4 pattern file. The test square for checking the plotter scale is located on the pattern sheet in the plotter file.


Jacket pattern. It’s a standard fit straight silhouette lower-the-hip length lined jacket. Shoulder line is enlarged, there are no side seams. Front details features a one-piece side part. Front comes with darts and pockets. First dart starts at the neckline and it’s placed under a lapel. Second dart starts from an armhole and finished at a pocket. Set-in pockets have flaps and facings. Center front closure comes with one button and one buttonhole. Hemline at the leading edges is rounded. Back has center seam, there is a vent in the center back seam. Set-in long sleeves are two-pieced, there is an opened vent in the elbow seam of a sleeve, the vent comes with four buttons and four buttonholes. The notched collar has a stitched to it collar stand. There are two design options of the lapel.


Eases added to a pattern, cm:  Bust-line: 16,2 см, Waist: 14,6 см, Shoulders: 11 cm.

Fabric suggestion: we recommend to use suit cloths that are being shaped by steaming well, also you can use thin coating fabrics from natural, synthetic or blended fibers. Choose a lining cloth that are suitable for main fabric by its thickness and pliable properties. Lining cloth can be from natural, synthetic or blended fibers.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

Accessories:

For sewing you will need the following equipment:
  • Multipurpose sewing machine;
  • An iron with or without steam;
  • Regular presser foot;
  • Hinged cording foot;
  • Wooden iron;
  • Sleeve board;
  • Ironing desk or console table;
  • Hand needle for basting;
  • Machine needles №75-80 for the main fabric;
  • Machine needles № 70 for the lining;
  • Paper scissors;
  • Scissors for textile cutting.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
