Overall dress pattern. Fitted, slim-waist overall dress with an attached skirt, length above the ankle, with wide shoulder straps, lined. The waistline of the back is placed higher than the waistline of the front. The fastening is in the centre front. On the top piece of the front the fastening is combined with two buttons and two buttonholes as well as two pairs of straps with buckle fastening. The skirt features a hidden button closure with 4 buttons and 4 buttonholes. The upper pieces of the front and back are short. The upper edge of the garment is below the chest level. The upper piece of the back is drafted with cut-on straps. The straps fasten on the front with the buckles. The back panel of the skirt has a centre seam. The skirt is designed with inseam pockets. The upper edge of the skirt is thickly gathered on the front and back. Two extra pieces with thick gathering are inserted between the shell and the lining of the skirt to add fullness.

Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric. For this garment we recommend using dressing and suiting fabrics, light-weight or midweight fabrics made out of natural, synthetic and blended fibre. For example, it may be suiting cotton fabrics, wool with various densities, linen and other fabrics.

Lining material. As a lining use the fabrics with density and plasticity suitable for the shell fabric, made out of natural, synthetic or blended fibre.

Additional fabric. We used medium stiff net fabric for the garment, which is bouncy and adds some body.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 50 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. We also use a shirt fusible fabric with the density of 103 gr/m2 and the width of 110 cm. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.
