A free volume lined knit jacket (a track jacket) has a straight silhouette, and a length below the hip line. The closure is central with a zipper. The front is with a welt pocket, with the ends sewn in. There is a drawstring along the bottom line of the front and back, that is gathered with an elastic band. The shoulder line is lowered by 4.8-6.0 cm (depending on the size of the garment). The sleeve is sewn in, single-seam, with the length below the wrist level. The bottom of the sleeve has a one-piece cuff, gathered with an elastic band. The shoulder seam is missing. There are lampasas attached along the shoulder lines and the center of the sleeves. The neckline of the garment is round, and processed with a high collar stand.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 33 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density. -
