Jacket pattern. A free volume lined knit jacket (a track jacket) has a straight silhouette, and a length below the hip line. The closure is central with a zipper. The front is with a welt pocket, with the ends sewn in. There is a drawstring along the bottom line of the front and back, that is gathered with an elastic band. The shoulder line is lowered by 4.8-6.0 cm (depending on the size of the garment). The sleeve is sewn in, single-seam, with the length below the wrist level. The bottom of the sleeve has a one-piece cuff, gathered with an elastic band. The shoulder seam is missing. There are lampasas attached along the shoulder lines and the center of the sleeves. The neckline of the garment is round, and processed with a high collar stand.

Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric. For this model, we recommend using knitted fabric with a small coefficient of stretchability of 0.90-0.95, medium density or dense, 2-thread or 3-thread footer with fleece, 2-thread footer or 3-thread loop, neoprene, jersey. According to the composition, these can be fabrics made of natural, synthetic or mixed fibers.

Lining material. As a lining, we recommend using a knitted mesh (lining one), a knitted lining with a small coefficient of stretchability, made of synthetic fibers.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 33 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

Accessories: Zipper tape Type 5, with the length of 70-80 cm - 1 pcs.

Attention! To find the exact size of the zipper, check the pattern of your size and height.

Model is wearing a size 42, height 170-176. Model parameters: Bust-line: 81 cm, Waist-line: 61 cm, Hips: 92 cm, Height: 174 cm.

The photo also shows: trousers on pattern №1051, skirt on pattern №1077, longsleeve on pattern №110.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

1.      Multipurpose sewing machine;
2.      4 thread overlock machine;
3.      An iron with or without steam;
4.      Regular presser foot;
5.      Hinged cording foot;
6.      Wooden iron;
7.      Ironing desk or console table;
8.      Hand needle for basting;
9.      Machine needles Stretch or Super Stretch №75-80 for the main fabric;
10. Machine needles Stretch or Super Stretch №70 for the lining;
11. Paper scissors;
12. Scissors for textile cutting.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

A test square for checking the A4/Letter print scale is located on the first sheet of the pattern file.

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
