Women's jersey jacket, pattern №966

Jersey jacket pattern.  Straight silhouette, regular fit, hip line, lined jacket. The front and the back feature curved seams and a side piece. A pocket with an invisible zipper is placed into a side piece seam. The front fastens with an open-end zipper from the upper edge of the collar till the hem line.

The raglan sleeve is full-length and continues as a yoke of the front and back. The sleeve is divided into 7 pieces by tailored lines. A cut-on casing cuff, with an elastic inserted into it, finishes the sleeve hem. The garment has a stand collar. The garment’s hem is finished with an attached waistband.

Fabric suggestion: 

Main fabric. We recommend to use for this garment a mid-weight or heavy-weight jersey fabric with low stretch factor. For example, ponte knit or 2-thread or 3-thread sweatshirting fabric with brushed or looped back.

Decorative fabric. For decoration we recommend to use soft, easy-draping mid-weight or light-weight waterproof jacket fabrics, for example PU coated nylon.

Ribbing fabric. For the waistband and the stand collar we recommend materials with higher stretch factor than the main fabric, for example rib knit fabric or trim.

Lining fabric. For lining we recommend to use synthetic knitted lining fabric, for example, mesh lining.
