Pattern of a skirt. Fitted skirt, straight, unlined, below mid-calf. The skirt features yokes, the yokes lower edge is on the hip line. The front yoke with scoop pockets and side yokes. The back yoke with a centre seam and a pair of waist darts. The lower part of the skirt is pleated (knife pleats all around the skirt) and it is devided into centre, left and right sections. A two-piece waistband is 4.0 cm wide and has 5 belt loops. The closure in in the centre front features 2 sewn buttonholes and 2 buttons and 1 sewn buttonhole and 1 button on the waistband. The waistline is lowered by 2.0 cm.

Pay attention! The details of the downside part of front and back parts are in a separate file “Addition 1”, you can cut the manually without a paper pattern according to the instructions made and save paper. The instruction for independent cutting without pattern is in the sewing instruction

Eases added to a pattern, cm: Waist-line: 4,0 cm. Hips-line: 4,0 cm (for all height in the sizes 38-50); 6,0 cm (for all height in the sizes 52-62).

Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric. As a main fabric for the top of the skirt we recommend using midweight or heavy weight denim, linen, cotton twill with no stretch or with little stretch. For the bottom of the skirt we recommend midweight dressing or shirting fabrics, lightweight suiting fabrics with no stretch. The fabrics should be easy to press and keep the pleats. The fabric may be made out of natural, synthetic and blended fibre.

Lining material. For the pocket lining we recommend using pocket lining fabric (pocketing fabric). You can also use cotton blend satin for the pocket lining.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 33-34 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Attention! We give an exact fabric consumption for a tight layout scheme of the details, without the extra seam allowances for the fitting and rough cutting. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

1. Multipurpose sewing machine;
2. 3 thread overlock machine;
3. An iron with or without steam;
4. Regular presser foot;
5. Wooden iron;
6. Ironing desk or console table;
7. Hand needle for basting;
8. Machine needles №80-90 universal;
9. Machine needles №80-90 for jeans;
10. Paper scissors;
11. Scissors for textile cutting;
12. Snaps pressing machine to install accessories and polyteny dies depending on diameter.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
