Sleeveless top, pattern №973

Sleeveless top pattern. Low-cut top with a close-fitting silhouette, lined. The length of the garment is above the waistline. The garment in sizes 38-50 has an easing instead of a dart in the side seam of the front. The garment in sizes 52-62 has a bust dart on the side seam. Taking into account the fabric and the size of the bra top, the dart can be stitched or steamed. The bottom of the garment is finished with an elastic band with the width of 4,0 cm. The shoulder seam width of the garment is 4.0-5.0 cm, it varies depending on the size. The neckline of the back and front is deep and U-shaped.

Eases added to a pattern, cm:

Bust-line – minus 12,8 cm;

Waist-line – 0 cm.

Finished back length along the center back (without waistband): size 38: 13,6, size 40: 13,9, size 42: 14,3, size 44: 14,6, size 46: 15,0, size 48: 15,3, size 50: 15,6, size 52: 15,6, size 54: 16,0, size 56: 16,3, size 58: 16,7, size 60: 17,0, size 62: 17,8.

Fabric suggestion: 

Main fabric. We recommend using knit or jersey fabrics with the stretchability coefficient of 0,85 – 0,90, medium or heavy-weight. These can be fabrics made of natural fibres (wool, cotton, silk), artificial fibres (viscose, modal), mixed or synthetic fibres.

Be attentive, this is a tight-fitting garment, sewing allowances have a negative value. Use knitted fabrics with sufficient stretch.

Lining material. For lining we recommend using the main fabric or other fabrics that suit the characteristics and the density of the top fabric, with synthetic or mixed fibres.

Option 1. Main and lining details are from the same material

Main fabric, wide 140 cm: size 38: 0,35, size 40: 0,40, size 42: 0,45, size 44: 0,65, size 46-54: 0,70, size 56: 0,75, size 58-62: 0,80.

Main fabric, wide 180 cm: size 38-46: 0,35, size 48-50: 0,40, size 52-54: 0,50, size 56: 0,55, size 58 0,60, size 60-62: 0,75.

Option 2. Main and lining details are from different materials

Main fabric, wide 140 or 180 cm: size 38-46: 0,35, size 48-54: 0,40, size 56-62: 0,45.

Lining fabric, wide 140 or 180 cm: size 38-46: 0,35, size 48-56: 0,40, size 58-62: 0,45.

Elastic band (for both options):

Elastic tape without scallops, 8.5 mm wide (including seam allowances): size 38: 1,55, size 40-42: 1,60, size 44: 1,65, size 46: 1,70, size 48: 1,75, size 50: 1,80, size 52: 1,85, size 54: 1,90, size 56: 1,95, size 58: 2,00, size 60: 2,05, size 62: 2,10.

Elastic band, 4.0 cm wide (including seam allowances): size 38: 0,60, size 40: 0,65, size 42: 0,70, size 44: 0,75, size 46-48: 0,80, size 50: 0,85, size 52: 0,90, size 54: 0,95, size 56: 1,00, size 58: 1,05, size 60-62: 1,10.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!
