Trench coat pattern. It’s an oversized straight silhouette mid-calf length trench coat without a lining. Center front closure features 6 buttonholes and 6 buttons. There are no side seams, there are side parts. Shoulder line is enlarged for 7,0 cm. Front comes with a yoke and flap pockets, also it features a storm flap. Storm flap of front features a buttonhole and a button. There are patch flap pockets at the front’s bottom part, each pocket has a buttonhole and a button. Back has a center seam and a yoke. There is a vent in a center back seam. Set-in long sleeves are two-pieced and feature sleeve straps at their bottoms. Sleeve strap is inserted into a loop and fastened with a button closure. Turn-down collar has a collar stand. Trench coat features a detachable belt with a buckle. There are four belt loops, placed at princess seams.

Eases added to a pattern, cm:

Bust-line – 26,6 cm;

Hips-line – 18,0 cm + model’s widening;

Shoulders – 12,5 cm.

Fabric suggestion:

Main fabric. We recommend to use for this garment thick denim fabrics, coat fabrics with or without a water-proof coating. Fabric can be from natural, synthetic or blended fibers. For example cotton twill for outwear, etc. If your fabric is too thick, then use a thinner material for linings of storm flap of front and yoke of back. Choose a fabric with same density and pliability, it can be from natural, synthetic or blended fibers.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 39 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

Attention! Given exact fabric consumption can be used only when pattern details are placed on a fabric sheet close to each other. All pattern details should be arranged on an opened fabric sheet strictly on grain in one direction, each pattern piece must be cut out only once.

Model is wearing a size 42. Model parameters: Bust-line: 82 cm, Waist-line: 60,5 cm, Hips: 90 cm, Height: 173 cm.

For sewing you will need the following equipment:

1. Multipurpose sewing machine;
2. 3 thread overlock machine;
3. An iron with or without steam;
4. Regular presser foot;
5. Wooden iron;
6. Ironing desk or console table;
7. Hand needle for basting;
8. Machine needles №80-90 for the main fabric;
9. Machine needles №70-80 for the lining;
10. Paper scissors;
11. Scissors for textile cutting;
12. Snaps pressing machine to install accessories and polyteny dies and the metal buttons dies depending on diameter.

The pattern in your order will be in two print options:

1. For printing on A4/Letter. You need to print the pattern on a regular printer on A4/Letter sheets, then glue the sheets, cut the pattern and you can sew!

2. For printing on a large format plotter.
