  • Main fabric. For this model, we recommend using knitwear fabric with a low coefficient of stretchability, medium density or dense, a 2-thread or 3-thread footer with a fleece, a 2-thread or 3-thread footer, neoprene, jersey. According to the composition, these can be fabrics made of natural, synthetic or mixed fibers.

Fabric for the cuffs, waistband, and collar band. For the details of the cuffs, waistband and collar band, we recommend using the knitwear fabric with a coefficient of stretchability of 0.80 – 0.85, medium density or dense, for example: for example, knit ribbed fabrics, garters and ready-made cuffs and waistbands.

Interfacing materials. For better quality of sewing, we recommend to use the interfacing material. For example, you may use 18 g/m2 density 150 cm, width woven interfacing. The density of the interfacing material depends on the main fabric density.

    *Interfacing (density 18 g/m2; width 150 cm)

    0,3

*Depending on the selected fabric, you can interface or not interface the parts. Do the interfacing material test on a piece of fabric to understand how well the interfacing material adheres, and how dense the fabric becomes. For example, when using a 3-thread footer (loops, fleece), it is better to avoid interfacing, since the interfacing material will not stick to the fabric.

When sewing the sample of the option 2, we did not use the interfacing material, because the garment is made of a 3-thread footer.
